Adyn Tanner Is Not Hollywood
Adyn Tanner is not 'Hollywood', atleast that's what he tells people magazine in their upcoming November issue. "I'm from Wisconson, the only famous people to come out of there is Liberace and Les Paul." He adds. He also speaks about how he likes to pass his off time, "Laying on the roof of my house, bottle of Jack Daniel, a guitar, and a pack of Marlboro Reds.", what inspired him to audition for the cast of Gossip Girl , "... a bet between a few friends and I. I never thought I'd get it because I'd never acted before and Dan Humphrey is so unlike me." Adyn touches on what's up next for him, "more laying around, messing around the recording studio and hopefully a few more movies," along with the evolution of his sound, "when I started out, I was eighteen and immature and my music didn't try to be anything other than an immature eighteen year old. The second album is more grown up and thoughtful." Also in the article he discusses what to look forward to with Gossip Girl, the latest dating rumor, and why we should keep watching him.

* 20 years old and is turning 21 on November 10th. He is the youngest in his family, two older brothers, and the son of a mechanic.
* Auditioned for Gossip Girl only after losing a bet to the members of his band. After almost turning down the role twice, Adyn put aside music in order to shoot the series.
* Does not consider himself a celebrity. He walks down the street with few people paying attention and generally lives under the Hollywood radar. However the more attention that is given to the series, the more resistant he is to this change in social stature.
* Consider's the closing of CBGB's to be the biggest mistake of the 20th century. While he does enjoy the party scene with the rest of the castmates he is most likely to be found on the New York local club scene.
* Likes action films, punk shows, penguins, watching oprah, on set pranks, going through car washes with the top down, web cams, jack daniels, cigars, and any possible type of sandwich.
